It is a little Topsy Turvy to be making wine from frozen grapes in the Southern Hemisphere in the height of an Australian Summer. There are certainly no snap frost late in vintage to freeze the fruit in our part of the world like there is in a Germany qhere the practice of making this styleof wine originted. We hand picked the ripe fruit into baskets, soft froze it in a large chiller and then gently pressed out the lucious concentrated goodness to make this decadent dessert wine. Enjoy!
