A classic blend of these two varieties with Semillon's citrus and honeyed notes fitting well with Sauvignon Blanc's vibrant tropical flavours of passionfruit, with a touch of leafy influence. Each parcel of fruit was pressed and fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel. The wines were assessed by our winemaker, expertly blended, and then bottled early to retain natural freshness.
